This notice describes the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

4. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
SoftSapien does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out action is currently required. If this changes, we will update this page and provide an opt-out mechanism.
5. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give California residents the right to limit its use under the CCPA.
6. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity before responding.
7. How to Submit a Request
To exercise your rights, submit a privacy request and select "Privacy, legal & compliance." To protect your information, we verify requests by matching the details you provide against information we already hold. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, or within the extended period permitted by law, in which case we will tell you why.
8. Changes to This Notice
We review this notice at least annually and update the effective date when we make changes.
