SoftSapien is committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor and child labor in its own operations and throughout its supply chains. This statement describes the policies and steps we take to identify, prevent and address these risks. It applies to SoftSapien and the entities it controls.

2. Our Business and Supply Chains

SoftSapien provides software engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud, digital transformation, business consulting and digital growth services to organizations worldwide, with delivery teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Our supply chain consists principally of technology and software vendors, cloud infrastructure providers, hardware suppliers, subcontracted specialists, recruitment agencies and professional and facility service providers.

3. Our Policies and Commitments

We expect every employee, contractor and supplier to comply with applicable labor and human rights laws and to treat workers fairly, safely and with dignity. In particular:

• We do not use, and do not knowingly work with suppliers that use, forced, bonded, trafficked or child labor
• Workers must not be charged recruitment fees, and their identity documents must not be withheld
• Employment is freely chosen, and workers may leave with reasonable notice
• Wages, working hours and conditions must meet applicable legal requirements

4. Risk Assessment

We consider modern slavery risk to be low in our core professional services workforce. Risk can be higher in areas such as subcontracted labor, recruitment through third-party agencies, hardware manufacturing and facility services. These areas receive closer attention in our supplier assessments.

5. Due Diligence

• New suppliers and subcontractors are assessed against these standards before engagement
• Supplier agreements include obligations to comply with anti-slavery and labor laws, with rights to request information and to end the relationship for breach
• Recruitment agencies are reviewed for fair recruitment practices
• Concerns raised about a supplier are investigated, and remediation is required where issues are confirmed

6. Reporting Concerns

Employees, contractors, suppliers and members of the public can report a suspected case of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor or child labor connected with our business. Report a concern and select "Report abuse or a security concern." Reports are handled confidentially, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

7. Training and Awareness

People involved in supplier selection, procurement and recruitment are made aware of modern slavery risks, the indicators to look for and how to escalate concerns.

8. Measuring Effectiveness

We monitor the completion of supplier assessments, the inclusion of anti-slavery obligations in supplier agreements, awareness among relevant teams, and the handling of any concerns raised. We use these measures to improve our approach.

9. Review of This Statement

This statement is reviewed at least annually and updated as our business, supply chains and processes evolve.
