2. Our Business and Supply Chains
SoftSapien provides enterprise IT consulting, digital transformation, and Gen-AI engineering services. Our supply chain principally consists of technology vendors, cloud infrastructure providers, subcontracted engineering talent, and professional service providers.
3. Our Policies
We expect every employee, contractor, and supplier engaged in our business to comply with applicable labor laws and to treat workers fairly, safely, and with respect for their human rights. We do not knowingly engage suppliers or subcontractors that use forced labor, bonded labor, or child labor at any stage of service delivery.
4. Due Diligence
We assess new suppliers and subcontractors against these expectations before engagement, and we reserve the right to end a relationship with any supplier found to be in violation of these standards.
